error 5i25

i did a setup whit pncconf for 3 axis ,but i got this error when i run.

Seems your card is not initialized, pins are only available at runtime after initializing card.

Is the card present in the slot? Is the right firmware flashed/provided that has a step generator ?

Looks like the 5I25 firmware is not correct for a 7I76
If you bought a 5I25+7I76 kit recently, some were sent out
with incorrect firmware for a 7I76

I would reflash the card with 7I76 firmware:

sudo mesaflash --device 5i25 --write 5i25_7i76x2.bit

5i25_7i76x2.bit is in this zip file:

I updated the firmware, it is always the same

Did you reload the FPGA with the --reload command or power cycle the CPU?
