While tuning my BP after finally getting the replacement servo for the X axis to work (long story) I noticed a few new things on Hal Scope that are not in the documents.
At the bottom is f( 0.03800) = 0.00068 (ddt -0.03917)
I'm assuming that the first number is the horizontal position of the dot and the second number is the following error but I'm not sure what the last number means. It does seem like it's real close to 1mm...

f(timestamp) = value of selected-channel (ddt = gradient of trace)
