7i76e 7i83 analog output spindle

Hello, I have a 7i76e with 7i83. i would like to control a spindle with an analog signal. what does the hal configuration look like? I have no idea how to do that. Can you help me? the output pins of the 7i 83 are available in the hal. thank you in advance. Greetings Andreas

You could create a sample spindle configuration for a 7I92/7I77
and copy paste the hal and ini file spindle sections as examples

You would need to change "7i77" to "7i83" and change the serial channel
for the 7I83 to whatever serial channel the 7I83 uses

(I am assuming you use pncconfs ini substitution option so you don't need to change the primary card name from 7I92 to 7I76E)

in the pnconf wizzard I can select a 7i92. but then I have to select 7i77x2 or 7i77x2 with on 7i77. what am I taking?
I can't select any axes either. I always get an error message.

I extended the standard hal with the following:

net spindle-enable hm2_7i76e.0.7i83.0.1.analogena0
