mesa board 7i77 digital out 4-5-10-11-12-13-14-15 always down

a lot of time that nor work on mesa 7i77 ... but check today that output 4, 5 and than 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 ,15 not work not on axis show pin not in hardware .... but on TB2 pin 1-2-3-4 is on +24V dc ... pi5-6-7 is disconnect and pin8 is to gnd. so not understand what happens .... some suggest?

If you mean the pins do not show in 'show HAL configuration' then this may be because you did not flash the FPGA card (5i25?) with the correct firmware configuration file. You also need to make sure you have 24v for the field voltage. I/O Pins do not show when field voltage is not connected.

Did you flash the fpga (5i25) with mesaflash?
Is your 7i77 card connected to a 5i25?
Do you have 24v field voltage?

because old board ... maybe connection on tb2 was oxidated because when change shortcut for pin 1-2-3-4 all run again.
