mb2hal commander se

they just gave me a vfd commander se from control techniques and i wanted to configure it for my spindle motor that mounts a huanyang. the drive is in RTU mode 19200 baud 2 bit stop no parity and works fine with its software, however i have problems with mb2hal... the stick is on ttyusb0 and that's the one that works with its software. if anyone used this vfd can help me
