Hi everybody from a Spanish newbie on EMC (and sorry because of my poor English). I'm building a small XYZ router, first with steppers, and later I'm going to change to servos. I have a Pluto-P board, but I can't find the FPGA firmware:
- Is it in the EMC2 live CD? I've downloaded it but I can' find any .qpf nor .rbf file. In a manual I found that it must be at src/hal/drivers/pluto_servo_firmware/ or src/hal/drivers/pluto_step_firmware/, but I can't find that directories anywhere.
- Is the same firmware for PWM and pluto-Step?
Thanks.

Did you try locate?
locate .rbf finds 2 files one for servo and one for step motors

Locate says nothing. I've installed from the last Live-Cd (Ubuntu 8.04) with no problems, but I can't find the files.

OK. I've found the files in the .tar installation file. Thanks.
