Driver Question Half the Servos Work 7i33 / 7i43

This should be an easy one as surely I've missed something obvious! After stealing the 7i43 from my mill to get my Hardinge Lathe all up and going I finally ordered a replacement 7i43 for my mill. The only difference was my new 7i43 is a 400k gate, the old one was 200k. After getting things hooked back up only the 7i43 was changed along w/ my IO board, I went to the 7i37TA from the non TA version. The servo board was never unhooked so I know all of the wiring should be just fine. Now only one of 3 encoders are showing up when I manually move the axes. I did change the directory from which the SVST4_4.bit file should be loaded from to reference the 400k versions. I even re-installed EMC to the latest version (on a separate HD) just to see if it was an update. Any ideas? I tried the SV8.bit file to no avail. HAL and INI files attached.

loadrt hm2_7i43 config="firmware=hm2/7i43-4/SVST4_4.BIT num_encoders=4 num_pwmgens=4 num_3pwmgens=0 num_stepgens=0 "

Thanks,
-Scott

I would check the obvious things first:
5V ok at 7I33?
encoder signals ok at 7I33 inputs?
encoder signals ok at 7I33 outputs (FPGA pins)?

Turns out I had some weird wiring issue. Fixed that everything worked as normal.
