I found in a box a 7i43 7i40 combo a bought long time ago and fotgott about them.
How can i fjnd out if the 7i40 is a H of L version?

The 7I40 should have a label on its back that specifies the part number (and a serial number)
If the 7I40 is really old it may not have these
but you can tell by the MOSFET's: The -LV will have IRFR1010Z's and the -HV will have IRLR3110Z's
