If you have space enough, I would add some multicontact relays which are switched from the E-Stop.
If you have a 6 contact Relay, than you wired the existing (6) relays to the 6cR and after that to the mesa Output.
If you press E-Stop all relays are disconnected, whatever the controlcard do.
