Pin out for Step/Dir 7i43P+7i42TA was created by acondit
I am starting to wire up my 7i43P (200) plus 7i42TA to drive my Lathe. I am currently using Gecko G251 drivers. I am planning to use svst4-6s.bit.
I have looked at several sample configs and I haven't seen anything that shows what pins to hook to the step and dir signals. I see the pinout for limits, estop, enable, and spindle direction, but not the pins for step and dir signals. Can someone point me in the right direction?

OK, I figured it out. I upgraded my lathe computer to 2.6.3 and ran pncconf. The info I requested still doesn't show up in the hal file but it is in the generated README file.
Would it be possible for pncconf to add the pinout info (that now only shows up in the README) as comments in the hal file? Would that have helped anyone but me?
