7i76e FPGA questions was created by jCandlish
What FPGA is used in this board?
Would I be correct to assume that the I/O on the pluggable screw terminals has no SSLBP overhead?
What toolchain is used to compile firmware for this board?
Where can I find a repository with example firmware sourcecode?
Thanks

XC6SLX16-FBGA256
Field I/O is accessed over a serial interface so limited to servo thread rates
Xilinx weppack is used for compiling the firmware
The 7i80.zip support file has the firmware sources (linuxcncs hm2-buildbot may have them as well but is not as up-to-date)
