Hi,
I want to use a Mesa 5I25 with a 7I77. I need more I/Os, its possible to use an additional 7I75 and control these card mit LinuxCNC too?

Sure, (if you want TTL level I/O
If you want more 24V I/O, you can add a 7I84 which will add 16 more 24V outputs and 32 more 24V inputs

If a 7i75 or 7i84 isn't enough IO you can then add a 7i74 to the second header on the 5i25 and add up to 8 of the cards here in any combination you like:

Hi Andypugh and PCW,
many thanks for your answers, the 64 I/Os from the 7I77 and the 7I75 are enough with a good reserve, when its possible to control all with LinuxCNC.

Note that for a machine tool you probably don't want TTL IO, and that connecting a smart-serial board such as the 7i84 to the serial port on the 7i77 is likely to be a better solution.
(LinuxCNC will auto detect the 7i84 and create the HAL pins automatically)
