UC100 Motion Controller. Support was created by qcu87z
Morning all,

I was wondering if any one uses an UC100 with their CNC. I have a Stepcraft CNC mill that I use a UC100 with Mach3. It works well but I would like to run LinuxCNC rather than a Windows box as the windows machine was given up.

I hope this is the right sections to ask this question. I did a quick search on this forum and found no information about UC100's

Ash.

It looks like quite a neat thing, in its way. But that _is_ a motion controller, and LinuxCNC is a motion controller.

LinuxCNC has never been modified to offload all motion control to external hardware. Possibly because it's not an interesting thing to do unless there is money in it...
