From manual says

The RS-422 inputs have a 132 Ohm termination resistor across each true/inverted signal pair
and a 26LS32 RS-422 differential receiver.

(I suppose this is for noise suppression)

But my drive shows to be connected without termination resistor.
Is this load dangerous for overloading 26LS31 of servo drive ?
Iam asking that because drive has internally another 1k termination resistor.
Total about 116.5ohm load (132ohm 1kohm in parallel).
Can i replace the 132ohm with higher value resistor or it is safe with 132ohm termination ?
Also my drive shows that GND of 26LS31 and GND of 26LS32 must be connected how can I connect these ?

Also what SHIELD GND and ENABLE OUT does exactly ?

100 Ohms is the optimum termination resistance for common twisted pair wiring
much higher and you will have significant overshoot and undershoot The 26LS321 is designed to drive
100 Ohm cables and termination

The 7I33 enable out is a active high 5V signal; when an axis is enabled

Also servo drive suggests to connect pin 1 with GND of 26ls32..
Witch GND of 7i33 terminal blocks is the same with the GND of 7i33 26ls32 ?
