Hi I have a problem - after programming 5i24 with bitfile using command

sudo ./mesaflash --device 5i24 --write 5i24_25_sv12im_2x7i48.bit

5i24 stopped responding and is not visible using lspci

command
sudo ./mesaflash --device 5i24 --readhmid
gives output:
No 5I24 board found

I did full power cycle and I swaped pci port nothing have changed.

Red Led is ON all the time

What should I do? Can anyone help?

Is the 5I24 you have a -25 model?
What OS and mesaflash version did you use?

I sounds like either the bitfile was not appropriate or somehow the EEPROM got corrupted
I have heard about a problem with 64 bit OSes and mesaflash, possibly you have run into this

You should be able to recover by selecting the other EEPROM
BUT that's the last chance (without JTAG) so the problem needs to be determined
_before_ the backup EEPROM is also corrupted

The first step is to find out what happened

Ahh, you tried to put a -25 bitfile in a -16 card

The bitfile you want is 5i24_16_sv12im_2x7i48.bit

Here is what I would do to make sure the second EEPROM is kept safe:

1. Arrange your PC so you have easy access to the 5I24 card

2. Move the EEPROM jumper to the secondary position

3. Power on the PC (red lights should go out)

4. Move the EEPROM jumper back to the Primary position

5. Run the correct mesaflash command

Hi now I have next problem - 7i65 analog outputs doesnt work.
My pid.output goes to mesa-7i65.0.analog.0.out but it does nothing, no voltage on AOUT0
mesa-7i65.0.enable.0.out is set

Encoders are working fine, watchdog is disabled for testing purposes
What am I doing wrong?

The config you are using is not suited to a 7I65 (its meant for 1 or 2 7I48s)
For a 5I24-16 with 1 or 2 7I65s you would want 5i24_16_2x7i65.bit

I also have 7i44 connected to P4 will it run using 5i24_16_2x7i65.bit ?
or do I have to compile my own designated bitfile?

That needs a new bitfile
I'll see if I can get to it today
