In the spirit of trying to help out the next user here is a StepConf configuration for a "Chinese" TB6560 controller. I've been tuning for awhile as no specific timing information was provided with the board. The tuning process was iterative each time I lost steps or the home position during a cut. The StepTimingCalculator on the LinuxCNC wiki was very helpful.

2 weeks ago i was called to change a computer for a cnc plasma cutter, it had that same board and was using Mach3. New computer with Linuxcnc, and since i did not want to spend the day figuring out the step timing, i just set it to 15000, it worked perfectly.
