How different in layout is the existing PCB? Perhaps you can just jumper / cut some tracks?

I showed the relay coils high-side switched, but low-side switched like you have will work fine, so that bit can stay the same. (you need to switch polarity of the Mesa output, is all)

A bit of cutting and jumpering looks necessary on the relay contacts.

No problems at 10V so I hope 10E output is somewhat near that, but they work on the bench at about 8V.

Also well within 10E permissible load of 10mA on the VFD
