regarding the encoder selection ttl or rs422
W1 or W6 are on the left hand position, differential mode is selected. page 3
The differential encoder inputs are enabled when W6
(channel 0) or W1 (channel 1) are in the right hand position. page 9

I wrote years ago but it seems to me that the manual is always like this... which page is right, 3 or 9?
