How to connect encoder SSI output to the two receivers at the same time was created by Cornflakes
Hi
If I have:
- servodrive with absolute encoder with SSI output
- servodriver with input for absolute encoder with SSI
- Mesa 7i74 with SSI input
How to connect them all together?
I need this combination only to set position without homing.
Thanks!
Dmitry

Unless the servodriver _outputs_ SSI I dont think this can work
SSI is normally a point to point protocol with the host transmitting a clock and the SSI encoder or drive replying
with data.
Its conceivable to make a SSI "spy" that reads the clock and data going between a SSI encoder and a SSI host
but its not a standard device at all.
