What version of LinuxCNC are you using? That looks really wrong
EDIT, actually now that I think about it, that's all correct
if you enable the ports but no sserial device is found the ports revert to GPIO
If you disable the ports (with x) or missing sserial_port token they are not probed so still
show up as sserial at that point in initialization
What you data does show is the the card was not found
This is most likely because of missing power somewhere
(7I74 or 7I83)
Also note that I said the signal name would look like
hm2_5i25.0.7i83.0.1.analogout0
the actual name depends on the channel and port
(use halcmd show pin *7i83*)

i'm using linuxcnc 2.8 pre with ubuntu 16.04 and preempt-rt.
I didnt wire all pin of 5i25 --> 7i74 because i dont have DB 25 male-male cable, i just wired gnd and some pins. I will try connect all pin and check power again.

it's my fault, i didnt connect pin tx3 and rx3 .Now, everything is working well. thank you very much for help.
