super quick 7i77 encoder connection sanity check ?

just a quick sanity check, making my connections and got slightly confused by the designators listed in the manual..

QA0 = A+
/QA0 = A-

is that right?

"Right" is a rather nuanced word here.

Either way will work, if you swap the A+ and A- signals you will invert the A signal the FPGA sees
reversing the count direction (same as swapping B+ and B- or both As with both Bs)
