Reading programming off PLD chips (semi OT) was created by scubasteve1
Hey guys
I have a 600 series Mitsubishi control I'm usnig as a simulator untill I find the machine to go with it.
Long story short I'm hoping to integrate a new pc-side of the control
The PC board (Epson cardPC) is interfaced with a PLD (CPLD?) Chip, lattice ISPLSI 2064 series.
All the mits boards actually have ISP programing ports.
Anyone know if these PLDs cab have the programming read off them? It would be really handy.
Thanks

Random googling suggests that it might be possible, unless the chip security bit is set.

for example.

Thanks, I've just been waiting on a USB converter for this.
