No, as far as i am aware.
Linuxcnc can control USB pendants and with an 485 converter the VFD, but it can not control a machine over USB due to inherent lag in the USB communication.
Also the smoothieboard is a software and hardware controller, Linuxcnc is a software controller that can control different types of hardware.
