Since my hardware all runs over the parallel port at the servo rate, and the PWM controller only has 4 PWM outputs per board, it is not really practical to run the Fanuc amps with the 6 PWM inputs from our PWM controller board(s).
I do have converters that will read the Fanuc serial encoders and give industry-compatible quadrature with index plus "Hall" signals.
