mesa I/O was created by vre
I have a mesa 7i80hd and i need I/O daughtercard
The 7i84 takes 4 I/O pins from fpga because it is serial
and the 7i37TA takes 24 I/O from fpga because it is parallel.
What to get 1x mesa 7i84 / 7i84D or 2x mesa 7i37TA ?

Actually the 7I84 takes 2 FPGA pins (TX and RX) but requires a RS-422 interface daughter board of some kind (you cannot connect it directly to FPGA pins)

For a 7I80HD, possible RS422 interface cards are:

7I52 (6 RS-422, 6 Encoder)
7I44 (8 RS-422)

Yes, those should work as long as they can handle 2.5 Mbps

Ok then
What is better 7I84 or 7I84D or 7i69 ?
Also i need an other fpga for other machine but i don't want
to take the on board ethernet what solution to choose
6i24 or 7i80hd with pciE ethernet card ?

The 7I84 and 7I84D are identical except that the output section is sourcing in the 7I84 and sinking in the 7I84D:

Sourcing(7I84):
+24V --> 7I84-OutN --> LoadN --> ground
Sinking(7I84D):
+24V --> LoadN --> 7I84D-OutN --> ground

Notice that the load common point is ground for the 7I84 and +24V for the 7I84D.

Not sure what you mean by your other FPGA card question...

Mobo has 1 eth port and i want this port for internet.
So to install a second eth pciE card + 7i80hd or one 6i24 ?
7i80hd works ok with pci-E ethernet cards?
Also 7i84 or 7i69 ?

I think the biggest decision on if a 6i24 or 7i80 might be better for your application, will come down to where you want to install the PC relative to the rest of the controls and daughter cards.
If you can put the PC in the control cabinet close to daughter cards and everything else. then the 6i24 might be the better choice. But if you want to mount the PC some distance from those other things, then the Ethernet board is probably better. (an Ethernet cable can be quite long compared with a 50 pin ribbon cable.)

Personally for the machinery I work with the cheaper db25 cards, like a 5i25, 6i25 or 7i92, are much more economical options and aren't as limiting as you might think for I/O options compared with the 50 pin cards, when you consider the smart serial expansion options. Daughter cards like the 7i77 and 7i76 are quite good, and worth their price. I think the only time I might consider the 50 pin cards would be for interfacing a resolver.

You can use a second PCI/PCIE Ethernet interface card to connect to a 7I80
(or use the added Ethernet card for normal internet and the motherboard interface for the 7I80)
Another option is to use a USB-Ethernet adapter for internet

The 7I84 and 7I69 are quite different cards , the 7I84/7I84D have 12/24V I/O
and high current outputs for driving things like relays. The 7I69 has 5V I/O
