156v 9.5A are the servos some are more than 4kw i think 4.9kw & 5.9kw.

That works out to 1.5 KW, so the current must be the continuous rating, not the peak.
5.9 KW would require 38 A at 156 V.

Though there is one major problem, the current design of STMBL uses a power IC which is completely unavailable. IRAM256-2067A2 (must be A2)

Octopart says that they exist but I am not sure I believe it.

If you read the datasheet of iram256-2067a2
it says
Motor power range up to 1.5kW / 85~253 Vac

Yes, hard to reconcile all the numbers, isn't it?

But The IRAM is rated 20A 300V, which is 6kVA. (and 30A peak current)

But it's all a bit academic at the moment.
One good thing about the STMBL is that they cost <€100 each.

Cant you just find an equivalent even if the footprint is not the same I am sure an adaptor could be done so it could work, no?

It is possible to use the "A" (rather than A2) mounted on the wrong side. But then it doesn't fit in the case.

It is less trouble to redesign the HV board for a new power module. It just hasn't been done.
