7i85 encoder inputs and my drives was created by Type_Zero_Design
I'm working on getting my servo encoders hooked up to my 7i85 and I'm just trying to cross the descriptions from the 7i85 instructions and the servo drive instructions. I attached a picture of both side by side.

I'm trying to figgured out which wires from the drive I would hook to where on the 7i85 as the descriptions of the functions between the two are not very consistent

I guess in the end what would connect where from the drive to pins 1-8 on the 7i85.

Thanks!

QA0 to PAOUT+
/QA0 to PAOUT-
Same for B and Z. Jumpers on 7i85 set to differential input.

So that was my thought, but PZOUT doesn't really have a match on the 7i85.

Would I put PZout to IDX0?

Also should the ground and +5v from the 7i85 be hooked up to the drive?

Yes Z=Index

No to 5V connection
If the drives encoder ground = frame ground no to ground connection
if the drives encoder ground is floating, connect it to 7I85 encoder ground
