Have you tried running the pncconf wizard?
(Is this question actually about a rotary delta robot?)

If that works then i would say it is a configuration issue or connections.
Post your hal and ini files.

Yes, I saw in page 58, as you mentioned GND is Delta's pin 44. But in page 40 it is "13" too. Even I will change pin "13" to "44".
You can also disconnect the wire for +-10v velocity control and use a 1.5 volt battery connected to the +-10 input of the drive, and that should tell you which side the problem is.
If it doesnt move then it is not Lcnc side unless the drive is not enabled.
Hello bevins, I tried to drive servos with a 1.5 battery. And, it works. I am checking wiring. And I will try to measure drive outputs of 7i77.
If that works then i would say it is a configuration issue or connections.

Hello bevins,
You may say bad things to me but I do not want to lost my cards because I can not find in Turkey again.
I am little confused. It is a plug an play set. I am understanding that as default, 5i25 and 7i77 will not work together. And I am understanding that;
a) Default Settings; (current settings we are trying to work)
5i25 "W1 DOWN" + "W2 DOWN" => it is breakout power DISABLED
7i77 "W5 LEFT" => it is 5V from the host PC
This is a secure connection setting that does not work
b) 5V from the host PC Settings;
5i25 "W1 UP" + "W2 UP" => it is breakout power ENABLED (not default)
7i77 "W5 LEFT" => it lets 5V from the host PC (as default)
This is a secure connection setting that does work
c) 5v from an external 5V supply Settings(via TB1 connector);
5i25 "W1 DOWN" + "W2 DOWN" => it is breakout power DISABLED (as default)
7i77 "W5 RIGHT" => it does not let 5V from the host PC (not default)
This is a secure connection setting that does work

It comes default disabled. If your supplying 5v to the 7i77 via external power supply leave them disabled. If you want to supply 5v to the 7i77 from the computer you have to enable it through those jumpers but you need to set jumper on 7i77 also.

I didnt say anything bad. I dont have the manual in front of me but, if you want to supply 5volts to the 7i77 from an external power supply you have to set the jumpers on the 7i77 for external power and set the jumpers on the 5i25 to not send power out.
Either way you must check the settings because you can blow the board.
Your pictur shows the 7i77 with the jumper on the left which means it is getting power from the 5i25. So the 5i25 must be jumpered to send 5v to the 7i77. Your picture shows w1 and w2 down (default), which means it is not sending power to the 7i77.
So the jumpers are not correct. Your 7i77 is not receiving 5v power. Thats the bottom line.
