7i76e + 2 x 7i85s was created by chris@cnc
Hello,
i have the idea to redesign my little mill to real Servos + real servo driver like Delta ASDA-B2. Has someone expierence with this kind of servos and drivers. The manual is pretty good and software looks also much better than the chines JMC version. Or what recommend or used you.
Second question:
i have control 7i76e+7i85s and i count 4 encoder inputs. But i have 5 Servos. 2 in X, 2 in Z, 1 Y and in future one fourth axis total 6 encoders. It is possible to connect second 7i85s to the 7i76e. I did not found something in documentation or bit files.
thanks Christian

There is a firmware
7i76e_7i76x1_7i85x1_7i85sx1D.bit
That looks close, though I am not sure what it means that the first 7i85 isn't an S.

The 7i76e_7i76x1_7i85x1_7i85sx1D.bit config is for one 7I85 and one 7I85S
(the 7I85 has 5 sserial channels and 4 encoders, the 7I85S has 1 sserial channel, 4 encoders and 4 step/dir outputs)

freeby.mesanet.com/7i76e_7i76x1_7i85sx2d.bit

Is made for 2 7I85S's so 9 encoders, 13 step/dir channels/ and 4 sserial channels
