Sorry, No. That's basically a complete motion controller that uses (a very small part of) Mach3 as the GUI.
On the plus side, there is no way that LinuxCNC could ever run that controller better than Mach does, so you are not losing out.

Ok, thank you. I was thinking that I can use linux not windows which need licence.
