some pots have only a little "tick" to indicate end of travel. you feel or perhaps hear it.

You don't actually have to sign in. Just click on the log in button and it should just let you pass by.
Phone support is good.
They are 14 turn, including one inactive turn on each end with the "click" at end of range.
cmorley, thanks for including the tuning pdf. I wasn't made aware of it by the tech support.It looks like I may have to re-do the current tuning? I just matched the amp settings based on the motor spec.

Doesn't seem like the 4 potentiometers do anything? You can turn them forever and nothing happens, wondering if they are broken?

Some of the multi-turn pots can break the internal thread follower if turned too far.
I have seen that happen on some older units (not this specific brand).

Ok I think I have the drives tuned, setting the p to.05 worked.
