Load feedback from drivers and spindle through RS485 was created by vmihalca
Hi guys,
I am using a Mesa 7i76e on my milling machine, and I would like to add a few enhancements to its functionality.
My servo drivers and my spindle support RS232 and RS485.
I want to be able to display in the controller the load of each axis and any link any potential faults into the controller (for error signaling I can also do it by using dedicated outputs).
Is there a mesa board in which I can plug in all my outputs from my drivers & spindle, then connect that board to mesa 7i76e, which then connects to the PC via ethernet?
Is this configuration possible?
