7i77 and chines servo drive was created by jazial
Hello,
I'm replacing servo drives and motors on an already retrofitted CNC mill
Problem is logic is different between 7i77 and servo drives
I have to connect inputs to ground to validate and outputs set signal to GND when active
I'm not sure that only a NOT function will do the trick
Thanks for comments

Outputs
Mesa output to pin 6,7,8,9,21 and COM on the drive pin 10 to GND
Inputs are a bit trickier so i would just use small relays.

Thank you, that's what I wanted not to do...
not much room in the cabinet.
Let's go for slim relays
Thanks again

Typically the only logic input you need on the drive is drive enable and these can be controlled
by the 7I77s ENA outputs which can be wired active low (ENAx- to GND, ENAx+ to drive input)
To sense drive outputs you can add a pullup resistor to the 7I77 field inputs (2.2K 1/2 W is fine for 24V)

Thanks,
Enable is already wired the way you describe, but I need drive error management (1 input for sensing, and 1 output for alarm reset)
I've started adding some relays, it should be fine
Thanks again

Most of the drives I've used, reset when the enable is reasserted.

Which drives do you have? AASD drives?

I've not used those drives, I used some from Tecnik, Danhir, Yaskawa. And I've looked at manuals for lots of different drives when trying to help them here. Drive is enabled and when it faults, remove the enable signal, fault usually remains, reapply enable, fault is cleared and drive re-enables (unless the problem still exists, then it immediately faults again.)
