7i97 and 7i78 CNC mill, 7i92M, 7i76 with 2 THCAD for Plasma

Hi there

I have 2 questions about Mesa cards

First I got a Plasma cutter with a 7i76 connected to a 7i92M .
Now i would like to use 2 THCAD (Hypersensing and Torch hight).
Is there a Firmware for that and when yes witch one?

The other question is, I have a CNC mill with Fanuc drives (Analog and Encoder).
I would like to add a 4th axis in future, but it will be a step and dir one.
I have a 7i97 and a 7i64 to controll the machine so fare.
Now is it possible to add a 7i78 (for 4th axis) and maybe a 7i73 (over the smart serial port).
