Hi all (PCW? ),
is it possible to attach 3 encoders with differential signals to pins on TB2/TB3 used for steppers?
No clue (or schematic) how these pins are connected electrically, but I assume no as one needs a differential input, the other one is a differential output.
Regards,
Daniel

No, the 7I76/7I76E have only one encoder input,
and the step/dir pins are output only.
For low count rate applications you may be able
to use the MPG encoder input for 2 more encoders
(single ended though)
If you want more high speed encoder inputs on a 7I76E,
the best way is to add a 7I85,7I85S or 7I89
and the step/dir pins are output only.

Thought so, thanks for the confirmation. I may just contact the encoders to P1/P2 temporarily using A,B,Z only until the 7i85 is there..
