I pinged
10.10.10.10 being the mesa card per the diagram I drew,
192.168.1.1 being My Router
139.130.4.5 being an external IP address on the internet

I did show the window where I set the IP address for the NIC attached to the PC to 10.10.10.1 as PCW suggests.

Suggested ip address is 10.10.10.100.

You can set this up with the network manager GUI or by
editing the interfaces file as suggested in the hm2_eth
manual page:

man hm2_eth

I did as per your suggestion and set 10.10.10.100 in Network Manger GUI. And it works for couple of days. Today I edited the same file from xz lathe to xyz mill pncconf and it's giving the same error similar to previous one.

I am able to ping 10.10.10.100 and getting response from the card in terminal. but not able to launch.

I am attaching all the screenshots of my setting, How to troubleshoot this Ethernet error?

You should ping the Mesa card, not the PC
ping 10.10.10.10
not 10.10.10.100 <this is your PC

Do you home your axis first?
If yes try to reduce increments. 1mm steps quite hard or try continue jog.
