5i25-7i77 communication problem

Hi, I cant get communication to the 7i77 board, it seems

TB2: 24v on pin 1 to 4, ground on 8, jumper in lh-position, i use the machines original PSU thru a thermal braker, messures 26,4V
W5 in lh-position
CR1 on
CR3 on
CR6 off
CR7 off
CR15 on steady
CR16 on

At startup i had encoder 0-2 and AO 0-2 connected, tried to desconnect them all, no difference. The 5v messures 4,6V without encoders, i have ordered a new 5V PSU but not yet tested, although the 5V-status LED is on so not giving it much hope..

I got readings from the encoders when i tried doing a pncsetup, but nothing on the PWM.

So, did i somehow break it, or have i missed something?

Sounds like you have W4 and W12 in the setup rather than operate position
