[HOSTMOT2]
DRIVER=hm2_pci
BOARD=5i24
CONFIG="firmware=hm2/5i24/5i24_25_svss6_8.bit num_encoders=6 num_pwmgens=6 num_stepgens=0"
in hal
loadrt [HOSTMOT2](DRIVER) config=[HOSTMOT2](CONFIG)
setp hm2_[HOSTMOT2](BOARD).0.pwmgen.pwm_frequency 24000
setp hm2_[HOSTMOT2](BOARD).0.pwmgen.pdm_frequency 6000000
setp hm2_[HOSTMOT2](BOARD).0.watchdog.timeout_ns 10000000
on start up i get

That actually looks more like a data error rather than a firmware error
Is the 6I24 jumpered for a 33 MHz PCI clock (the 5I24 firmware requires this)
