My guess would be that the system has lost connection the the 5I25 because
the laundry list of pretty much all possible SSerial errors probably means
that the host PC is reading an undriven bus so all 1's (0xFFFFFFFF)
This could be for a number of reasons.
1. Card not firmly in slot
2. Dirty PCI slot contacts
3. 3.3V PC power supply low (which will reset the 5I25)
4. Bad/failing 5I25 card
5. Bad/failing PCI slot on PC
