7i92 Configuration Tool

I'm starting over with my 7i92 configuration tool using all the knowledge I gained in the past 6 months or so about what tools to not use to make a deb and some good things I learned about Python. Currently the only thing it will do is to read, flash and reload the card. The tool comes with the latest firmwares. Like the other tools it's a deb you can install and it puts a menu item in the CNC menu.
