Drive module for IGBT was created by Martin_Smith
Hello, everyone, I would like to ask a question. I currently have an
IGBT
module with the model number FF150RT12R4. I now want to find a driver module to drive this IGBT module. It is a driver module, not a driver chip. I found EXB840 on the Internet, but the driving year is a bit old, so I would like to ask if there are any similar new products and ask for a recommended model.

Do you mean FF150R12RT4 ?
I had a look at the data sheet hoping that there would be a typical application circuit with a controller called out. But there isn't.
I assume you have a high-voltage DC motor to control?
If you are not using the full 1200V rating of the IGBT, maybe: docs.rs-online.com/21cf/0900766b8151e527.pdf
