Mesa watchdog.timeout_ns was created by BigJohnT
How does the watchdog.timeout_ns relate to the servo period?
Should it be the same as the servo period?
Thanks

The timeout needs to be longer than the servo period
If it were set to the same period, 1 usec of jitter could
cause a watchdog bite.
If you consider that the watchdog is mainly for safety,
I think a reasonable number is 10 to 50 ms. That is the time
outputs and stepgens and analog outs would be enabled
after all communication was lost.
