aout => 42
gnd => 41
ena+ => 36
ena0- => 3

Check you can move manuall and the encoder is moving in the right direction before enabling. If you didnt already know that.
and try putting a 1.5v battery on pins 41 and 42 after manually enabling. Just a little safeguard.

I edit ena+ and ena0.
You should look online in servodriver to check i/o bits

If ena0 => 37 and ena+ => 3 will happend nothing. On Second side is no com+

The last suggestion by Chris@cnc is correct .
From the diagram, the inputs are sourcing type ie negative logic.
ENA0- => 37 (neg of PS)
ENA0+ => 3 (DI-0)

This is my suggestion. I always do it like this.
Put power on pins com on pin 37, + on pin 36,
Coneect a relay to ouput pin and run pin 37 to one side of N.O relay and other side to pin 3.
That should enable your drive. I always use mesa boards like this and never had an issue.

net Servo-enable machine-is-on output-pin
