Hello
Linuxcnc supports fieldbus systems like devicenet/interbus/profibus/canopen/ethercat ?
For example to use i/o modules from wago/beckhoff ?

Ethercat only since none of them have easily accessible master systems for people to work on. They always cost an arm and a leg.

ethercat does not needs special hardware on master (pc side)?
Ethernet port is enough ?
Seems good option...

It needs a realtime Kernel, a software stack and compatible Ethernet drivers. You can either do this in a separate card with a dedicated processor and API or entirely in software like linuxcnc does.
