Hello,
we would love to use the expansion connector of the 7i95 board and we have a 7i75 breakout board.
Is it possible to use them in combination, to have more outputs of the 7i95?
Do we need to use a special BITFILE for it?
In the alternative, there is the opportunity to configure some 7i95 input pin as output pin?

It should just work, assuming that you want the 7i75 as extra GPIO.
Just configure any stepgens etc on the expansion connector to be disabled to convert them to GPIO pins.
You can't change the direction of GPIO pins on the 7i95 as the hardware interface is dedicated to one or the other function. (You can _sometimes_ use an output as an input, but not the reverse)
The 7i95 has two smart-serial ports on it, you could look at attaching one of these to one of those: store.mesanet.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=83_88
