Is Tb2 on 7I76e open collector?
for example >
Pin 2 = step -
Pin 3 = step +
Pin 4 = Dir +
Pin 5 = Dir -
I need to work 24vcc !!

No, they are 5V signals.
You would need a translator for 24 V interfaces, say a ULN2003
What kind of drive are you using? its not common to have 24V
as the only step/dir input option

Hi Robot Matic,
I had the same thought on my A3 drivers.
You don't need 24V to drive your step/dir. It is a (slower) option, in case it would be the only thing you have.
You can directly connect the step/dir pins to the mesa step/dir outputs with nothing in between (Its mentioned in the low left of the image you shared). The GND/5V Pin for each axis stays not connected.
