mesacard wont start

hi,
my mesa card is making troule

when i try to power up i get this error essage.

Shutting down and cleaning up LinuxCNC...


but it used to work for the last years. i can pingand after some restarting it will start to work.

any ideas? what that might be? its a 7i92

Sounds like a bad EEPROM, the MAC address indicates that
the EEPROM MAC address was read as 0xFFFFFFFFFFFF
which means either there is a reading error or the chip has
lost its stored data.

I have seen occasional issues with MicroChip EEPROMs and low
temperatures but don't think I have ever seen the newer ST EEPROMs fail.

You might check that there is no board contamination or metal chips

Thank I‘ll check this evening. It can’t have completely lost its data.
Cause after some tries it works. Same was yesterday after half 15 minutes of switching and pinging it fired up. Ans I could mill my part without a problem.

This worked for years, but yes I will give it at try if cleaning wont help.

vacuumed the parts and bumped up the voltge now it seam to work again.
