Unfortunately I sent all the spares to JT @ mesaus and Filipe @ eusurplus. Unfotrunately, despite them being sent for free, Filipe was sent a customs charge for a lot of money, and simply rejected the delivery (he wasn't necessarily expecting them). Having thought about this further, I think that I would do it differently, were I making a new batch. I would use right-angle RJ45 sockets and straight Phoenix connectors, so that the PCB is perpendicular to the Mesa card.
My design has the wrong RJ45 pinout for that. 

However, if you want to make a batch, I designed it in EasyEDA and had it made by JLCPCB so making a batch should be basically trivial (and it suits an RJ45 connector that came from LCSC, linked to JLC)
