"Programmiermodul" for TRK 6-4U

Quick question, can it be that I have a wrong "Programmiermodul" in my Indramat.

Its a MAHO MH500 W4 mill.

I noticed today when parameterizing the spindle for Linuxcnc...

Normally the spindle Indramat should be set to 9V/5000rpm or not?
As I said a maho w4 with 2 gears maximum speed 5000.


In my case is a module inside with 7.5V 6000rpm.
Has there been mounted something wrong?

Wie ist denn der Motor ans Getriebe gekoppelt? Zahnriemen? Ist da villeicht noch ne 1:1,25 Übersetzung ? Die Phillipps parameter sind ja die Drehzahl im Spindelkonus....

Motor zu Maho geht über flachriehmen 1:1
und wenn ich die explosionszeichnung richtig deute ist bei Stufe schnell in der Maho auch nix untersetzt.

Ich hab jetzt einen cheapo china encoder geordert dann kann ich die drehzahlen ja kontrollieren.

Wie gesagt wichtig ist mir dass Indramat und Motor zusammenpassen...
