What other items needed being related to mesa 7i76e

So when I recive the mesa card I can put it into operation without having to order another items that is necessary to make the 7i76e operable.

I want it for speed, I am not planning any expansion I/O. 

I would think ethernet cable.

What else?

Yes I have 3d printer. When I first heard about the 3d printers few years as back, I thought it was a joke. 

This video is exactly what I am looking for. the youtube search did not yield it for some reason.
